Personal Training

We believe in truly getting to know your physical goals and your current limitations. This starts with a free consultation where we explore your fitness goals, any health conditions and other factors that may affect your ability to perform certain exercises. From there we develop customised plans for you which we refresh together as you grow and reach new milestones. Training options are:

 

One-on-one/two training

  • Whether you prefer individual training sessions, or training with a mate, we can offer customised sessions in a private gym environment.

  • 30 min or 45 min options available.

Soul Sessions

  • Our Soul Sessions are a 45 min small group session, these sessions include a mixture of strength training and conditioning as well as some HIIT to get the heart rate going.

  • 30 min options available at scheduled times during the week.

Business Packages

  • Upon request, we can develop fun and educational physical training sessions, programmes and competitions for your staff. A great way to promote wellbeing in the workplace!

 

Nutrition Services

What we eat affects every part of us - our energy levels, our sleep patterns, our gut health, our mental health and, ultimately, the length and quality of our lives. With a focus on education and understanding of the stresses and demands of life, we provide a pathway for sustainable nutritional changes that will change your life for the better.

Nutritional Consulting

  • We begin with a non-judgmental consultation which assesses not only “what” you eat, but “why” you eat what you do.

  • From there, it is all about developing a customised nutritional plan for you, with varying degrees of ongoing nutritional coaching, support and accountability structures available . We will work together to work out what does and doesn’t work for you.

Meal plans

  • We offer meal plans that are not only tailored to your individual goals, but also taste great and can account for a range of budgets.
