Several rate options are available depending on whether you are seeking one-on-one or one-on-two personal training sessions, as well as the duration of the sessions of either 30 or 45 minutes.

One-on-one sessions - 30 minutes

1 session per week - $40 per week

2 session per week - $70 per week

3 session per week - $100 per week

4 session per week - $125 per week

One-on-one sessions - 45 minutes

1 x per week - $55 per week

2 x per week - $100 per week

3 x per week - $145 per week

4 x per week - $190 per week

One-on-two sessions - 30 minutes

1 x per week - $55 per week

2 x per week - $100 per week

3 x per week - $145 per week

4 x per week - $190 per week

One-on-two sessions - 45 minutes

1 x per week - $85 per week

2 x per week - $160 per week

3 x per week - $230 per week

4 x per week - $290 per week

All membership options require a commitment of 13 weeks. To balance commitment and flexibility, the selected membership option can be placed on hold for a maximum of two weeks, every 13-week contractual period. At the completion of a 13 week commitment, the membership option can be rolled into a further 13-week commitment, or changed, as required.

As an alternative, we offer pre-paid concession cards that provide additional flexibility (bookings subject to availability):

  • 5 x 30 minute sessions - $175

  • 5 x 45 minute sessions - $250

  • 10 x 30 minute sessions - $350

  • 10 x 45 minute sessions - $500
